This is the 2025 Certified Assessment Role – 1st Revision.  It will be used to calculate the 2026 Property Taxes.

It is also available for viewing at the front desk of the Village office during normal working hours. 

Individual property assessments will be mailed out December 17, 2025.  

Complaints must be received by the Village Office by January 31, 2026(see back of your Property Assessment).
